You've got a 4 speed I gather....
There is Loctite product we are using with some success (as in we havn't had a failure yet) to glue them back on...
I don't know of anyone who specialises in it tho ... but then again I'm in Australia...

You can have it rebuilt or buy a new one but before you do check zippers cataloge for a new trap door for the tranny with the heavyer bearing.. I was told that the pressure on the bearing over the years starts to oblong the trapdoor a little and this is enough to put presssure on the stator and magnets on the clutch hub. I did not do this on my complete rebuild but I am told by my mechanic that I well regret it down the road.

I used the Zippers trap door. The cluth hub hardly wiggles now. Viking is correct, the bearing wallers out the trap door and gets very sloppy allowing the hub to wobble big time. The Zippers door is billet aluminum and uses a double row bearing. The door is a bit pricey $$$ :yikes but it fixes the problem, period. :smoke My trans seems to shift much better too without all the wiggling going on.

got the remanufactured hub from rowe cycles in Bethlehem pa.......instead of having individual magnets this has a keeper in it to hold them all the way around the hub....what we found is that the bike i have sat for a number of years and the oil deteriorated the magnets..........the rebuilt hub cost 230.00 plus my old one......alot better than 550.00 have fun.......
