OK, the story in a nutshell. I was at a Poker Run in March, sitting on my bike pulling on my gloves. Another bike rolled back into me and knocked my bike over. No big deal (I thought) and rode the 75 miles home. Got home and my leg was pretty swollen but no broken skin. Circulation to the foot was pretty bad so the Drs worked on getting the swelling down. It worked but a week later my leg got infected. Started antibotics, took them for 3 weeks with no results. Did a Doppler test, xrays, MRI...nothing. Finally they did an MRI with nuclear crap in me and found an 1" x 1/2" absyss. Scheduled surgery, I woke up with a 5" x 1" x 1" slice. Sometimes the simplest things are bigger than they seem. Regarding the stitches, since it was infected they just let it close up on its own. That pic was a month after surgery. Like I said, should be one hell of a scar!

Yea...I like 'er Shes been a good ole Pick-em-up. Bought her in '91 with 120k, Ive put that and then some on 'er. 8 or 9 trips back and forth 'tween AZ and WA, not a peep nor groan.

Keep er mostly stock (NAPA long block at 120K, a 3" exhaust, Carter AFB) and Nothing like driving that thing around neither...Shes big, loud, a bit rough 'round the edges, picky about what she drinks and damn near bullet proof... Same way I like Ma Wimmem :smoke

To bad the stinking gas is so damn high!:censor 9 or 10 mpg with the 460, dont matter if shes pulling a trailer loaded to the gills or dry and empty, up hill downhill dont matter, 9 or 10 mpg all day long AND she'll pass emissions insp.

WAS gonna sell 'er, but when I tole my Boy, He said he wanted 'er...so Im keeping 'er ready fer him when he's done His Duty :)
