hey yeah I like to go to Beaver Springs Dragway on friday night street racing. no I don;t race my sportster. but I used to race my yamaha raptor just for the fun of it.I have A buddy that races a busa he runs like under 10 seconds and the damn thing is stock except the swingarm. I live in Mifflinburg Pa. Its nice to see people online that are local.

I dont drag my harley's but i run a 73 kawasaki h1 500 Triple runnin 7sec. with a 0-60 at .91 will post slips as soon as i fiqure out how to post pics

I used to work in a Kawasaki shop when I was a teenager riding a 76 KZ-400. I envied the guys riding the triples. The 400 triple would smoke my pig 4-stroke. I had many friends that tricked out their KH 750 H2 for drag racing.

Is your 7 sec time in 1/8 or 1/4 mile? My brother inlaw had a 750 triple and he put the big expansion chambers on it without the silencers and my god it was so loud when it hit the power band. :) Those were the days.

Here in Hawaii we have a drag strip that has race what you bring just about every weekend and you can run all night long for just $8. I have been very tempted to run my sporty just to see what it will do but haven't done it yet. One of the local guys has a tricked out fat boy that he ran 10 sec at 140+ mph with NOS. He ran consistent 11.3 without NOS. My god it was "purdy" watching that big bike light it up down the strip. Check out the 750 triple in the pic, is that cool or what?
