Here is some pics of my bike last summer after I finished with a few mods. I will get some more this winter with some headwork, and maybe bigger cams.
Currently running 90" kit, SE 536, SE rollers, and many other custom parts.

Lookin good!!! Do you have dyno numbers? Also, I'm assuming that those are aftermarket wheels (they look good by the way)? Are they heavier or lighter than stock?

The chrome wheels are xb, which are much lighter than stock, plus the wheels come with the updated front brake. With some mild porting and stock valves it pulled 108HP and 100Ft lbs. That is why I am wanting some heads, I feel the stock valves are limiting.

Sounds like you gotta plan!! How much do you expect to get out of it?

I have no clue since I do not know who is going to do my heads and how extreme I am going to go. Just bought a house so $$$$ is my problem.

Looking good, bigger valves and cams should really help it make a bunch more power. Nice to see done up X1 bikes.

You've got one of the nicest Buells that I've ever seen...
How much of a problem was it to mounting XB wheels?

I could be wrong, but it looks like he did a complete front end swap from an XBS, so the XB wheel matches the XB forks. a la "X1 to XB conversion".
SJH,
What exactly did you have to do to the XB forks to get them to fit the tube frame? Was it a bolt-on operation, or did you have to swap stems? I'm interested because I'm in the (slow) process of putting the XBS front end on my XL. I've been told that it needs a S1 steering stem, but I haven't had time to even get my current front end off. I'd love to hear about what you had to do to get it to fit.

Wow, the XB wheels look good chromed. I hate to find out what that set you back. Newbie to the forum. This is a pic of my old '97 M2 Cyclone. Many upgrades and mods later in her life. My god rest her soul. Lost this one in an intersection to a cage! You've all heard this one before " I didn't see him"! Looking good man!
