hello from Michigan, brr

just getting back into the bike thing after a 20 year hiatus.
my name is jeff, i am 46 years old, married with 2 kids, 16 year old son
and a 9 year old daughter.
i work in a production cnc machine shop and one of the products we make are all the V-ROD engine cases. how cool is that.
have been longing for the feeling of riding a bike for a long time now, and got an offer i couldn't pass up. 2006 833xl 3000 miles for $4050 off of ebay :tour

so the adventure begins.

so far i have picked up
sundowner 2 up seat
passenger pegs.
100th anniversary detachable windshield
vance and hines straight shots
k&n air filter
jets
lowering shocks and fork springs.
forward controls

so as you can see, the taxes have been paid.
looks like a great group of people around here and an awesome knowledge base.

thanks for letting me join in.:)
