I am getting e-mails about threads that don't show up in subscriptions under user CP. Where are they coming from?

In user cp click edit options, go down to messaging & notification,
default Thread Subscription Mode: Choose Do not subscribe...

If that option is already chosen I don't know what the deal is
but you could try choosing no email notification...if that doesn't
cut it you'll have to pm either Raysheen or Bplinson.

I tried that Xena. Maybe it'll work. Last night I unsubscribed to all the threads listed in user cp. I didn't visit the board until tonight and I received a bunch of subscription notices via e-mail today, some for threads I haven't viewed in a week. I looked at my thread subscriptions today and all the ones I received notices for were there today. I wonder why they weren't there yesterday?

i had the same problem. When i first signed up i was subscribing to every thread i replied to by accident. I went into user CP and clicked on no email notification, but it was too late i had already subscribed to those earlier threads, so i kept randomly getting an email once in a while. I had to go into my subscribed folders and delete all the threads i had previously subscribed too as well.

That's what I'm doing, one at a time as they appear. Thanks
