Now that the site is going strong again, I'm sure a lot of us would like to renew the discussions. A few weeks ago I suggested a group buy on rearsets and got a few responses. Since I have an '04 XL1200R I'm looking at a short list of suitable sets, the Sato's from Japan and available from a few dealers here in the States and a product from Australia [NZ?] that looks pretty good. Main problem is the Sato's cost $680.00 and the Aussie ones maybe a bit less. So far, Crossroads, Bartels and Storz do not have them for '04 and '05 Sportys. If you know of another supplier please let us hear about it.

What's Up? I am in the same boat. I called Storz and they said that they won't be available until sometime after the first of the year, but they have been putting me off every month for like 6 months now, so who knows. The Sato's look nice, but there is no way i can afford $680, unless I decide to drop it on credit and pay it off over many years. Damn, I want rearsets.
