JMORRISON349 10th April 2009, 01:08 It's a 2004 Sporty and no I don't have the manual.:sporty: Brad 10th April 2009, 01:20 '05 Owners Manual lists these items: Engine oil and filter - Replace Oil lines and brake system - Inspect for leaks Air Cleaner - Inspect, service as required Tires - Check pressure, inspect tread Wheel Spokes - Check tightness Transmission Lubricant - Replace Clutch - Check adjustment Primary chain - Check adjustment Rear belt and sprockets - Inspect, adjust belt Throttle, brake, enrichener and clutch controls - Check, adjust and lubricate Fuel valve, lines and fittings - Inspect for leaks Brake pads and discs - Inspect for wear Front brake lever pin - Inspect Brake caliper pins - Inspect Brake caliper boots and bushings - Inspect Rear master cylinder outer boot - Inspect Spark plugs - Inspect Electrical equipment and switches - Check operation Engine idle speed - Check adjustment Shock absorbers - Inspect Wow - I can't believe I just typed all that in.
