Just wanted to drop in and say "Hello" and comment on what an EXCELLENT forum this is! I currently ride an 04 Goldwing. My previous bikes were an 02 Valkyrie and an 01 FLHT. My wife owns an 01 XL1200C and I am always stealing it from her to ride. Over the last 6 years I have spent more time on her Sportster than my other bikes. I get quite a few chuckles because I am a big guy, 6-2, 275, but I just love that Sportster! Well, I've decided to pull the plug and sell my Wing. I plan on buying an 07 XL1200R. Don't get me wrong, my Wing is an excellent machine and I have no complaints... except that it just doesn't stir my passion like the Sportys do. The Big Twins are nice, but again, I always find myself drawn back to the Sportster...especially the Roadster! If anyone out there is hesitating, I say follow your heart. Hopefully I'll find a buyer fast and be on the Roadster before spring hits. See ya' down the road!
