I looked around the forum and did not find this kit, unless I missed it. This looks like a decent bolt on. Has anyone had any experience with this company or their kit? I sent them an email asking for a set of instructions before I buy so I can see what's involved. No welding sounds good to me.
The kit and pictures are at: http://www.harley-davidson-choppers.com/rake.htm

That looks like the chopperkit chopperkit.com (http://www.chopperkit.com) sells. They are one of the sponsors here. I got mine from Dug and love it.

I love the look of those kits. I'd like to find one that has a bit less rake though... perhaps 7 or 8 degrees and I'm guessing about 4" over tubes. I'm also curious how those who put them on deal with the wiring from the stock headlight. (assuming you change it to a lower tree mounted light)

How do you keep the dish pointed at the satellite while your riding?

There is a plate that comes with the kit that lets you use the other headlight. Mine is a 1200 Custom that comes with the lower tree mounted light. I think rottenralph is running a 7-8* rake. Might get with him to figure out what you need for parts.
As far as keeping that satellite pointed in the right direction.... It's not a problem right now. I wrecked the bike last weekend and since I'm going to be down with pins sticking out of my shoulder for a while… looks like I'll be maintaining a good signal for about 2 months. I just hope the parts are here before I’m ready to work on it.
