I've got a 99 cyclone with the stock airbox, vance and hines SS2R pipe, and dynojet carb kit, 190 main, 45 pilot, mixture screw 3 turns out, and e-clip 4th groove from the top.I installed a medium loud gunport replacement baffle #v21281.The bike only starts if you pump the throttle a few times ,then it runs for a few seconds then dies.You can keep it running with the throttle,but it runs rough and backfires through the carb.Is the new baffle restrictive enough to need the original jetting? Any info would help,thanks,jim

Did you do anything else to it at the same time?
