There's an area of the XLForum window, on the right side, that lists the current number of folks online at any one time. My question is this: It seems like it's often split about half and half between members and visitors. Are you a member or visitor and approximately how often do you visit this forum?

I've come back mostly for the informative posts, but occasionally (like during the winter) 'cause I can't ride my Harley and I need a distraction!! :rolleyes:

I am a member and find myself checking in at least twice a day. Most days more than that. Don't know how it will go this summer when I will be riding and working much more. But I am sure I will be checking in at least once a day. The info , insights and humor have become a part of my daily routine. Have only come across one guy that I thought might belong somewhere else.

I check a few times a day. Dont post to much.

I'm getting back to some projects on the sportster and the car before Spring gets here. I'll be on a lot over the next month or two. :)

Im on way too much.
My back doesnt allow me to sleep through the night so Im on alot late at night. It helps me get through it though.
Funny....during the day I usualy have no pain...but I can look forward to it every night without fail.
Ive definately found alot of useful info as well as much entertainment.

Guests (visitors?) are people who have not registered (or are not logged in). They don't have user names and cannot post.

I'm a paying member. I go through stretches when I won't check in but I usually look through the new threads a couple times a day.

I check in at least ones a day. In an English Caddy forum (as in VW Rabbit pickup not the American Caddy;) ) I am a member of there often is 3-4 times the number of visitors than members and that`s a free forum. At the Norwegian VW Audiclub forum there are just opposite as so many parts of the forum is closed to visitors.

I'm a member and I scan the pages a few times a day.

I joined and check in a couple times a day. Paid my dues to help keep the site running as I've got lots of info on my scoot here. every once in a while some off topic thread intrests me, but usually not. The tec stuff is gold

I am a paid member and I come to the site at least twice a day.I dont just come here when I have problems, I also come here to help other people its the least I can do considering how much help I have gotten since I have been here.And think about it!Paying for a membership will definately pay for its self when you consider how much you would pay at the stealer to have your bike fixed.My membership paid for its self the same day I paided it.Without paid members there would be no XLforum!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well... I'm not a paying TEAM MEMBER, so I voted as a Visitor. I think the poll is a little confusing with the definition of member vs. visitor.

I pretty much am on here every day, I don't always post though, it is amusing just to read sometimes

You need an option for visiting more than once a day -- it's WINTER for god's sake! LOL

The patch is worth the price of joining the team not to mention the satisfaction of supporting a great site.

Its an addiction.. I sign on a few (several OK a LOT during the day) LOL work gets boring. And this site is helpful and entertaining and log on at night when I have nothing to do.

Even though I kinda screwed up the poll (my first attempt at a poll!:doh ), it does look like the VAST majority of folks visit at least once a day. It'd kinda be interesting to see how that changes as summertime hits! :D I took a ride in our 60 degree weather today -- out among the snow drifts!

Paid membership as I feel that supporting this forum is the least I can do for the info and intertainment that this place offers. Check it 2 or 3 times a day

I check the latest post at work by having a feed on my "myyahoo" page. But cant log on from work.
And this place can become an addiction in the winter time !!

Member...I am in and out of here all the time...I don't sleep much, so I will check in at night...between jobs, so I check in and out during the day. I will go out and work on gettin' the scoot back on the road till my back gives out, then come in for a while, do some honey-do's and check in here. If I ever get my fork tubes, I can finish the scoot and be out ridin'. :tour Till then, I enjoy reading about other folks' shop projects and various adventures. This forum is way better than TV for entertainment, not to mention that about anything I need to know about my Sporty, there is a thread here addressing it. I paid because I think I should help support the forum.:)
