Forum SW bug?

Ever notice how you see threads that show new posts 5 hours ago, then you go look - only to see it was actually 2 months, 2 days, and 5 hours ago?

If there's a poll, the thread time updates each time someone votes. That makes it look like there's a new post. I don't like the way it works either, but I can understand the tradeoff that went into the decision by the software writers, they want to bump the thread when a vote changes.
