Everyone,

This is the official product launch for the microTach. The smallest tach you can buy. So small it fits on the front brake reservoir. It currently supports all 2004+ Harley Davidson motorcycles with the serial digital bus. Soon to support all motorcycles!

Goto www.speedwayinstrument.com and check it out!

Nice device, if I had stuck with my stock riser and speedo I would get one.

When can I expect something that will work with my '94 1200?

I wouldnt expect it any sooner than 1 month. My bets would be 2 months. I have someone testing it on an 01 softail. they have a dedicated Tach signal so its easier.

I am looking into using a tach adapter and program modification to be able to connect upto the coil. This is doable, just takes time to get the right adapter, and setup to make a bunch of them.

I appologize for it taking along time; but its hard to make progress when I dont have the bike in my garage. Mine is an '04.

Regards,

Justin

For those of us who do not know what a "J1850 Serial Databus." is,

Will it work the the new 2007 Nightster ?

Also, where did the link to the instructions go? Seems I saw it last week.

Absolutely, anything >2004. Even TwinCam's.

Its still there, says "Installation Instructions"
