I'm heading to the states to tour around California at the beginning of July (flying into and out of LAX, hiring a Road King for 2 weeks)
Is there anything happening round that time? I'll also be shopping for parts for my sporty, anyone know where I'll get good deals on cams, Dyna ignition etc??
The prices of parts here in Ireland are stupid!! So I might as well get a few parts for my winter rebuild while I'm there....

Chris: Not much to go on with what you are intrested in but I would recommend driving up Hwy 99 to Fresno, then take Hwy. 41 to Yosemite then drive back Hwy. 395 to LA. You get to see most of the geographic southern Califonia that way. Hit differnt HD dealers along the way.

Stretch, As it gets closer, keep an eye on the SoCal forum (under regional-California?). We try to get rides together. Maybe we will have something planned when your in town. Ya never know!

I do alot of "mail order", so as for knowing of a local place to get good deals, I really dont. I only go to the stealer if I have to, or just to hang out.

Hi--will you be heading up to Nor Cal? I live in the San Jose Bay Area and there are lots of great places to ride--gotta check out Alice's Restaurant in the mountains.
