I'm working on getting the website updated for the KC Sportster Rally. http://www.xlrator.com. The rally is an extention of the XL-List (sportster.org) but many of the members here also participate there.

Got the dates and place up there right now for you at least. If you want to reserve a cabin you should do so early as the ones near the Rally site will fill up quickly.

Willi G will be at the rally this year and he's looking forward to meeting y'all. I'm gonna take him on a tour of the HD plant so he can see where all the Sportsters are made. :clap :clap

Tickets cost $50 this year and include 2 breakfasts, 2 lunch, the 'O-Fish-AL' Rally pin and T-Shirt. The T-Shirt thing is new this year, hense the increased price. Many people asked that we do this so we did it.

For those that have never gone to the rally before I want you to know that it's non profit. Anything not spent on the rally will be donated to charity. I need to check with Sam and see who he's picked out.

You're on your own for the camping fees at Basswood. To pitch a tent it's $10 or there are cabins available to rent. Last year we basicly just pitched tents in any of the green areas that weren't RV sites or around the firepit where the rally festivities were occurring.
