Instead of buying another bike, which I don't want to do. I have decided to tweak out the motor with a 1200 kit. Then turn around and add a 240 tire kit. Does anyone have any advice? I have researched the forum about the 1200 kit. But searched and found nothing on the tire kit.

I am trying to do this on a budget, but either way it would be cheaper than buying new.

I would be leary of modifiing the 100th anniversary bikes. From what I am told you cannot get replacement parts without turning in your old stuff. But that's just me.

What I meant on a budget, is basically paying for parts and myself and a friend doing all the work. I have another friend that owns a welding company and thinks he can fabricate what I need for the rear tire. The budget for both projects will be approximately $2000.
