I just layed down the hard cold on one of these sissy bar bags.
I couldn't afford the Tbags one even though it looks like the ducks gutz.
This one looked to be the cheapest and biggest and it was on special.

and it got me through 2 years of commuting to school every day, rain or shine, and is still serviceable. Well worth the c-note I paid for it. I bet yours is similar, or at least I hope so. :D

I converted a metric tank bag, just added an expanded steel insert for a five gallon paint bucket, under a dollar, painted it black. strapped the whole thing to HD QD rack and sisy bar.
