I was wondering if there was anyone from NW Pa that has done an 883/1200 conversion. I'm new to the forum and I'm riding a 2006 XL 883 and considering the conversion. I'm trying to find someone locally that has done the conversion that might like to share some tips and possibly ride with me. I would like to compare my stock engine with a conversion so I can decide which path to go.

I'm on the NE side of PA and had the stealer do mine due to time constraints. The conversion was well worth it. It sounds more like a Harley and the smooth accel and more power is great. The bike is just plainly more fun to ride and I'm not crank'n on the throttle to get her goin. I'm currently at 250miles of the 500 break in. I'd be done if the weather would've held out.
