My bike lays over too much on the sidestand. It sits about right if I put a one inch thick block of wood under it. But I am not prepared to carry this around with me. Is there any adjustment, I cannot see any or find anything about it in the manual.

there's no way to adjust the kickstand.
the only solutions are
buy a longer kickstand
or heat and bend the one you have to your desired lean angle.

If you find a source for a longer jiffy that fits the 04-06, let me know.

I think the 06's have a slightly longer jiffy than the earlier models, at least my 06 XL sits slightly straighter up than my friend's 05 and I remember reading that was one of the changes from the 05 to 06 models.

Why not check the brass bushing on the stand to see what kinda shape it's in? Just my .02 :D :D :D :D
