65 to 95 miles per tank depending on riding.
Have to always keep on the watch for gas stations.

King tank holds a gallon more and looks nearly stock.
I had to go that route on my old 86" CH stroker, damn thing could suck a 2gal tankfull in 50 miles if I wasn't carefull.

i get 55 mpg... on average... so I get about 90 miles on a take before I go on reserver.. its a 2.2 gallon tank...
But I only have a 900 and I have 23:51 sprockets and a 18" rear tire. So it is really geared for highway use. CV carb...

I've actually gotten a bit better mileage after doing the carb/pipes/ac. I'm getting about 125 miles before going to reserve on a 3.3 gal. tank.

King tank: 100 miles straight hiway; 70 miles straight city. Uses 8.5 liters [2.125 gallons] to get that far. Then i have reserve. Both of these are for early spring cold weather. I'll get a little further in the warm summer weather.

Ok I just went on a trip so here it is, I have a 4.5 gal tank. I went 157 miles at 60-90 MPH, most of the time around 80. When I filled up I put 3.3 gal. in the tank. Didnt hit reserve yet. Came home just about the same way and put 3.37 gal in. So I guess I get 55-60 MPG. Now this is all Highway miles. When I ride city I get 119 then I have to switch to reserve. This is cause I ride hard. There you have it.
