Primary cover is 100-120 inch/lb

Sprocket cover is 90-110 inch/lb

Footrest is 16-28 foot/lb.

This is for a 2000. I am sure they are the same.

Torque of the bolts is MUCH less important than the order you torque them in....

Use blue loc-tite, and don't break'em.....

I'm imagining you don't own the manual, eh?

Its quite similar, in fact...with exception......

Start at the middle of the top of the cover, snug bolt...go to its opposite on the bottom, snug it, back to the top, move over a bolt, start a gain...

When they are all snugged, go thru the same pattern to tighten.....
