Been doing some research on getting the heads polished and ported, and a set of cams put in. A name that keeps popping up is Donny Morrison. He is supposed to do the best head work here in Canada. My prob is that I would like to check out his web page but unable to find. If anyone can help please do. From what I've learned his price is double that of Donny Peterson in Toronto.

I have a price from Donny Peterson, of Heavy Duty Cycle in Toronto for $2000.00Can. This is for head work, cams, and valves(headwork $699). The other price I have is from RNR Custom Cycle here in Guelph. His price of $3000.00Can incl's head work, cams, new valves and springs, ajustable pushrods and a Mikuni carb. Both incl. labour and tax(headwork $1200).

If you get them milled .050 and cleanup the exhaust side you will get ten h.p and spend a lot less. This is how it is done on a budget. Something to consider. I did this then added 5 angle valve job, titanium valve 3x valve spring and really cleaned up exhaust with dremel and a lot of time. Bike goes like hell but have not Dynoed. Faster then any Harley I have come up against to date. I am sure there are much faster I just have not been sitting next to them yet.

What heads do you have now, 1200 or 883? Since your in Canada You should check out Head Quarters especially if you have 883 heads. I would definantly look into Nallin for 1200 heads.
