I have created this section so that anyone here can organize a group buy to help us get discounts on Sportster products.

Commerical vendors may post their products in this area in only in conjunction with a group buy only when an XL Forum member who does not work for or run the business initiates the group buy.

There was a group buy partially organised last year. If I remember correctly, it was for shocks and fork springs (?). But the price that was quoted by the vendor was no cheaper than ya could get 'em anywhere else so I think the whole thing fell flat.

Its a good idea but whatever vender is approached needs to be able to give a decent discount to make it all worthwhile.

I'm still interested in some progressive shocks..but only if the price is good. :)

If several members are interested in an item that I already have in inventory I can always let you know when I expect to order more and we can organize a buy of that item. Just post what you want here. If enough people are interested I'll set up the buy.

Keep in mind that as a forum member you get a 10% discount off my already low prices at any time.

Mine are definately different. I am the only person in the world with my bags. I had them manufacturered to my specifications and design. Mine have quick release straps, can be removed from the yoke and carrying handles on each bag.

Which buckle was broken? Was it the plastic quick release? I'm guessing that is the only part that could have broken. If so I'll send out a replacement ASAP. You should not have to put up with anything broken on a brand new set of bags.

The group purchase offer was very successful. I have sold all the saddlebags I set aside for the Forum members. It's that time of the year again. I'm getting set up for my fall inventory and I'm making some large volume purchases. XL Forum members are welcome to buy in and take advantage of my bulk price breaks.

First of all I have hundreds of my XL Series saddlebags scheduled to arrive in the US on June 27.

These are very popular leather throw over saddlebags that are designed to fit HD Sportsters with no modifications to the motorcycle. Brackets are optional and rear signal lights do not have to be relocated. Lots of Forum Members have purchased them ask around, they will give good reviews.

I have a continuous improvement program in place with these saddlebags. With each production run minor improvements are implemented resulting in a design that just keeps getting better.

You are welcome to place your advance order at the wholesale price of $69.95. Leather prices on the wholesale market have increased about 20% this year. I locked in this order months ago and ordered a large quantity so I am able to keep the price we pay down to some extent. Your price has gone up just 95 cents since last year.


I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not but novelty helmets are in short supply right now.
