Choose all dates that you can attend, and the majority will prevail.

The weekend of October 10th I'll be on my way home but I could probably be there Saturday night. One of the other two weekends (17th, 24th) I'll have a family thing but that hasn't had a date picked yet.

The house will work very well for TiggerStock. Even has a Pool :)

he was unpacking at the new house when I talked to him 2 days ago. He doesn't have internet at his new house yet so he will either have to post up from his job if he can or I'll have to relay the messages until he gets his internet.

ok considering the information That I've gotten so far. There are two major possible dates.

Early date is . October 3rd.
Late Date is October 17th (considering all who can attend, this looks like the winner)
the date of oct 10th doesn't work for me (very busy at work)

if everyone who's participated is good for the 17th, that'll be the official day.

I'm seriously considering making the ride down. Fully dependant on the weather.

I have a number of questions.
Anyone coming in from the north that I can meet up with?
Whats the plan once we all get there?
Whats the expected weather mid October?
Any sites / roads to see on the way down? (from Ontario Canada)

Not sure how far west you are planning to come down. If coming through central PA the following are nice:

US 15 is a nice drive from the NY border in North Central PA. You can flow into PA 61 which is a nice road in Central PA. Takes you through Centralia which you will likely pass right by if not looking for it.

Another option, PA 611 is a nice ride along the PA/NJ border.

Not sure when we are leaving to head down as of yet. I am assuming those in PA will get together and go down together as we did last year. Its about 3 or 4 hours I believe from my house.

Its a one way 600 mile trip for me so I would break it down into two days, but I don't want to slab it but rather take the scenic route , roughly 400 miles day one (friday) and 200 miles to cruise in on the Saturday.
Arrive Saturday leave Sunday is the plan.

WAIT!!!! I just realized something...we won't be doing the traditional camping at the white trash camping place the night before tiggerstock in NJ. No rooster to wake us bright and early!?!?!? No loud neighbors?!?! I don't know...just won't be the same. :rolleyes:

Pete - I'm sure there's plenty of us in this area willing to have you stay for the night. You are more then welcome at my place on your way down and/or back.

Well I received approval from the boss,
(although I didn't tell her it was on my b day, one thing at a time)

Brad sent me a pm I will probably take him up on his generous offier.

I'm going to spend some time and see what kind of an interesting route I can come up with to PA. Any ideas are welcome. Back roads, mountains and curves are what I'm looking for.

Weather will be the deciding factor as it can start getting very frosty mid October in Ontario.

Another question, are we staying in a hotel on Sat or tenting it? I'm good either way.

One more Q, I see the poll suggests that more people are available on the 10th rather than the 17th. Have you confirmed a date? the 17th?

Well, unfortunately my work schedule is squeezing the life out of me. One of my co-workers is on the jury for a capital murder trial and it's really F'ing with the schedule. It looks like I'm going to have to work Friday night and Sunday night, but that could change at any time. So, I'll get off work on Saturday morning at 7 am. I might get a few hours sleep and head down to hang out in the evening. But, that's be a game time decision. (And I'm not in favor of cold rain either)

The riding should be much much much better (i.e. much much less traffic).
