So, I have a new Caliber 2:1 exhaust showing up tomorrow and it got me wondering - what else I could do to increase my bike's performance? I was reading all the about the people who do NRHS conversions for their 883s but I'm already running a 1200C. I have stage one done and run with RamFlo 400 and (tomorrow) Caliber 2:1. So I'm asking - what are the next steps for me if I want an overall performance increase?

First off ide ask myself do i need more or want more? Next ide ask what are the side effects of a faster bike? Are the brakes and suspension up to taming the beast? Also what is your riding style like? Are you setting landspeed records or just racing light to light?
You need to know what you want your bike to do before you start throwing parts at it.

there is a lot you could still do. A set of 04 1200R heads ported and polished stage 1,2 or 3 with the right set of cams and an ignition upgrade and a better carb can get you more hp and torque. It all depends on how much more performance you want and how much you have to spend on it. Ontop of all of that there is a 1250 kit you could do ontop of that and there are even 88" and 90" kits as well.
Just understand that with upgrading the performance with the cams and heads and everything else you end up pushing the power band further up the rpm range. For instance if your max torque right now is at 2500rpm, with the higher lift cams it may give you more torque and HP but it may push your max torque and HP up to 3500 or 4000rpm. You will still gain more power throughout the entire powerband but the max numbers will be higher up in the rpm's than what they were before.
Only you know what you want. Your best bet would be to check out the the NRHS section of the forum and the dyno chart section to get an idea of what you might be looking for and then give Dan at NRHS a call and tell him what your looking for. They are excellent at what they do.
When I called them, dan asked me what I had already on my setup and what type of riding I normally do and after I described how I like to do small twisty roads mostly and to cruise with some highway miles in the mix he recommended the setup he thought best for me and it turned out great. I am very pleased with their work and how the bike turned out.
