"total posts" number stuck?

Sorry if this is already explained somewhere and I should've read through gallons of info to find the answer, but my "total posts" number is holding at 15. No biggie, just curious, thanks!

Well it just went to 16 after that post (still should be more), so nevermind!

It doesn't increment for certain areas. The off topic section for example.
