Anyone know, or know where I can find, some of the chassis specs for XR750s?

Specifically, rake, trail, wheelbase, and travel specs?

The specs changed as the bike was refined. There was a book out called "Harley Racers". It talked about the frames and what was changed on them. Harley hasn't made the frame in years. They only make the engine now and they use aftermarket frames. The name of which I can't remember right now.

Are they C&Js now? I can't remember either. I was thinking I'd look at my bike's specs vs. an XR's (when HD still built their frames), and see how close I could get it without frame mods.

Probably a stupid idea anyways.

I would like for my 883 to handle like the old XR. My '73 iron head Sportster was a very good handling bike. We must remember that the Sportster today weights a lot more, expecially more than the old kick start XLs. However, it would be great to have a fun bike to ride again. I miss sliding through the turns on wet pavement steering with the spinning back wheel.
