We're in the same boat. My 1K is scheduled for the 22nd.

I can't wait to install my stuff... the boxes are taunting me. :banadanc

SE AC, Rush slash cut slip-ons (2" baffle), and PCIII, just waiting to rock and roll. My bike is too quiet right now. Can't wait to get it breathing and sounding like it should. :D

Where did you end up ordering all your stuff from? I have the V & H slipons as well. I need the AC and the Fuel Pak. By the way, if you remove the baffles on the slipons and wrap them tightly with fiberglass muffler packing and reinstall, it lowers the tone to a deeper rumble but it's still loud. I did it and I love it!

i got the stg 1 air cleaner kit from my dealer (TNT Harley, Quincy Il.. tntharley.com).. they took 15% off and shipped it to me for $120.. however they were pushing the PC III for $360, so i opted to get a fuel pak off ebay.. i got mine from ebay username: americanclassicmotors, which i know has a mixed reputation on here, but they were the cheapest at 199.95 delivered and there feedback is ENORMOUSLY good, so i went for it.. they shipped it quickly, came factory sealed.. couldnt ask for more then that.

today is the day!:tour i am headed off to quincy in about a hour.. my appointment isnt tell 1, but i have to drive 90+miles to get there.. when i get home this afternoon/evening, i am gonna get started.. i DID wait it out, but my credit card is feeling all the cosmetic parts i have been buying to fill my time up so i wouldnt think of the exhaust... now, with a chrome layback license plate holder, bullet visor'd tinted turnsignals, a clear layback taillight lens with red 3157 bulbs, and a couple more pieces of HD skull chrome, i am ready to put the credit card away, and get down to business.. : ) i think i am gonna order HD color-matching battery and oil covers while i am down there.. but then i am done : ) tonight it will all come together!

today is a good day :banadanc

Why wait? Unless you want to doublecheck your stealer's work. (I would)

i will shoot some more soon, but was in a hurry... the pipes were a little loud for me at first, but i am liking them a little more eveyr time i go out... and i for one love the looks of them.. i also like the cleaner look of the aircleaner without that dorky plastic scoop.. and the fuel pak definitely seems to be doing its job, no popping at all, runs great..

take it easy yall

that looks great... I agree on the color matching side covers, they would look awesome on those colors...I wanted to get some but i think the black looks better than white would on mine

yeah, i agree black side covers for yours fits, but it kinda boggles me why they even put black ones on a blue and silver bike.. they are the only black thing on the bike... but if they were blue(or silver) from the factory, i wouldnt be buying these 165$ replacements :).. but i think they will look great, so it was worth it to me. I am really starting to love the sound of these pipes.. what did seem too loud, seems just right now.. this bike is really coming together..
