I am going on a 2-3 day trip tomorrow and I haven't gotten my saddle bags yet. Anyone got a good idea of how I can take a few changes of clothes and toiletries? Bungie cords perhaps?

If you have something to put it all in, just strap that to the seat or fender behind you with a cargo net, not bungees.

Small duffle bag or stuff sack (called compression bags, in sporting goods at WalMart). Then go to auto. section in WalMart, where their small amount of cycle stuff is, and get small bungee net. Has plastic hooks so won't scratch or rust. Take along a couple of decent brand and mil thickness black trash bags to double bag over the stuff sack incase of rain. Temporary & reasonably priced.
