Guys,
I love the look of the fenders off my Old Triumph and it has me thinking....

have any of yall seen this done? how did it look?
Thanks

I seem to remember a post with a sportster that had EVERYTHING chromed! Fenders, tank, engine, frame, side overs...everything but the seat and tires.
That being said, I think chrome fenders would have a real classic look to it. I would only worry about the size of the rear fender...a good bit larger that those old triumphs had.

I, for one...would LOVE to see a pic of an all-chrome Sporty....one that rides on the road, preferably...not a show bike...

There was one posted here a while back. Everything chromed but the seat and tires. I thought it was totally bitchin' cool. Obviously a guy who likes polishing his bike. Probably fry you like a slice of bacon in the summer sun. Someone will repost the pic I'm sure.

chromed front fenders are readily available from most catalogs but the rear would have to be chromed. And with the general crap quality of chrome today I wouldnt think it would be long before the fenders were pitted all over . Personally I hate chrome but thats just me

I'm with you. I saw a Sporty a few years ago that had (if I remember correctly) most of the engine and bottom areas powder coated, all flat gray, with a bright chrome derby cover and a few other things highlighted with chrome touches - it looked awesome like that. Really unique.

Catolina, the chrome tank on your ride is it a cover or actual chromed tank, HD part cataloque indicates a chrome cover cannot be fitted with a touring seat or can it!! Anyone know of any US companies who ship Kuryakyn or others to the UK
