they have high TDC lifts 'specially the exhaust and often require carefull attention..

they aren't a bolt in on pre '04's by any means ... you need stronger springs with less coils to avoid coil bind

and if ya still got the 883 valves in the heads then foget 'em as the 883 valves are longer ....
