Dear HD,

I have a '92 Sporty, like the concept. For me it's a classic.Untill now , i never thought of me trading it in for a newer one............

Then i saw the Nighster. This bike is the best seen stocker ever ! I really like the side-mount plate and the turninglights working as stoplights as well.

But............When (and also important) and with what mods.do you plan to sell the bike in Europe ?
I know we have a lot of laws etc, but so do you have in e.g. California.

Would be great :clap to get a real answer from one of the factory marketing people in person.

It's not just the licence plate thats different, its the suspension (longer as in the R, 13.5"") and the rear lighting (orange not red)
Good story on the euro nightster in my favorite uk mag, American-V

Hey guys...the question I have is 13.5" shocks? What does that do to the handling? It seems like thats a fairly radical change from the US 1200N 11" shocks it must do something rather extreme to the handling characteristics of this bike..

In the road test of the Nightster in American V magazine they said having having the longer shocks has made it handle a lot better than any other sportster.
