Just wanted to let everyone know of the great service I got at Bike Bandit (http://www.bikebandit.com/).
Here's the basics of what happened. I dropped my bike a while back and broke my windscreen and turn signal. Because of the design of the bike and fairing, I could only replace the turn signal with a stock looking turn signal which is extremely hard to find. I spent a good 15 minutes on the online chat with one of their reps finding the appropriate turn signal.
When I got the parts in, I found that the windscreen was incorrect. Even after I opened it up, they still agreed to accept the return. In my book, they provided good service.
