Having been to the Rally over the weekend, i spotted
a few bikes that should appeal to the masses.

The rally was rather quiet so far unless you happen to be down by
SBB and the Broken Spoke Saloon. Wild to say the least.

This is one badass 04-05 sportster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man that's a great looking bike. I wonder what year the frame is on that green bike. Is it rubber or soild mounted? Notice the two parellel down pipes in the front. I think my '04 XL had the isosolices triangle shape going....

Having been back to the rally on the last weekend, I spotted
some old school style bikes.

Redneck Engineering's old school Bobber
This bike is old school with modern features.

Spencer Bowmans Customs gives you 3 models of old school bikes
that the average person could afford.

FreakyT,

The green bike is '04+ frame. The downtubes are parallel.

That green bike is ok. Personally I don't care for the paint combo on it nor do I like those pipes, but to each his own.

Your bike is looking great. Wow you really got it together and fixed up in time for the rally that's cool. Looks absolutely fantastic. Again, thanks for sharing and hope you had a good time there.

I like your buke better than the green one to be honest.

Those bowman bikes got a nice look to then as well. I miss the rallies on the east coast. Lots of fun. We have rolling thunder this weekend, if I can get away, and get a couple guys to roll with me.

Xena,
The pictures shown are taken from the rightside of my bike cause
the leftside is still badly bruised. I have been in touch with my painter
and he was having trouble last week getting my other tins sprayed in
time for the rally. So i told him not to rush it, take your time, and get it right.

So i rode down to MB with the bruised and battered sheetmetal. When the
bike is parked and the bars are turned to the left it is hard to notice the big ding in the tank. But in the Sunshine it really stands out for all to see.
