I have always had exceptional and friendly service here...the parts dept. and service is TOP NOTCH!!

When I recently had a problem with my fog lights, they actually warranty replaced them PRIOR to MOCO authorization...

The apprently just decided that it was a "goodwill" replacement, and they will take it up with the Moco themselves!!!!

THAT'S what I call a dealer who is looking out for ME!!!

I often stop at Stan's.. they are just off the Thruway by Batavia NY. Great place.. friendly. Another good one is Harv's in Macedon, NY. I would bet that the HD place in Arkport is good too, but I haven't dealt with them yet. Any HD dealer/shop outside of the big cities generally seems a good bet... they relie on repeat business.

bought my sporty there a month ago, nice people, all of them. bob my salesman is a great guy, the people at the counter are great and the service dept has kept me happy with a rejet and tune.
