I was interested to see we have a new supporting member on this site and just as interested to see what sportster specialty has to offer as far as product. The website was extremely slow taking minutes to load a page. I know it wasn't my connection or computer as the XLF and other sites were fast as can be. I'm hoping its just a server being backed up or some once an a blue moon occurrence because if it wasn't it would really be hard to successfully run a business with such a poor/slow website as I experienced tonight.

Maybe it was too busy, just loaded in seconds for me and Firefox.

I think they fixed the problem I tried earlier and I couldnt even load the page now its normal

Nice site btw lots of goodies. I can hear my 'ol lady yellin at me already

Thanks...I contacted the host to make sure everything was alright and they were doing some kind of maintenence. I hope the slow problem is gone forever.....if it happens again, I will probably go with a different host server.

edited to add, I can't get the video to play for the turn signal mirrors. Don't think it's a problem on my end. I like the looks of those and I want to dump the stock signals. Price looks good too. Wouldn't happen to have those available in black would ya?

I have looked at the site and there is alot of things I'm interested in. My only problem is that I will not order online. I could not find a number to call or even an address of the company. If those things were posted on the site I would be doing biz with you. I know it seems silly but I just don't do buisness with someone when my only way to contact is through email.

I totally agree. I like to talk to the person I am dealing with. Maybe they will PM us with an actual phone number.

I have asked several times, through his contact page on the website, for a phone# and physical address. I have yet to get a responce.

The XLForum use to go through this on Monday nights then Sunday mornings during server backup. Most of us survived this. What ever happened to Kev M? I miss his no non-sense way of expressing himself.

i have really fast internet, and keep having issues with the site being slow, been on 4 times only once was it fast, and that was last night at 5am. great site too by the way, found a few things i want.

I hope to have the minor issues with site speed ironed out....it even does it with me sometimes. I will probably have to change internet host providers...but I need to be careful with who I use because of the complexity of the site. I think some of it has to do with bandwidth useage and how many people are on the site at one time.

All I can say is keep giving me feedback because I always like to improve.

Hey,,, Changed service hosting plans with internet host and that seems to have fixed the slow problem...
