Some scumbag has stolen a good friend of mine's bike Sunday night.

Please could anyone in the Wolverhampton area keep a look out for it?

I don't know. He didn't post all or any details up on the NABD forum. Just that they recovered the bike and got those that took it. Didn't even say whether it was damaged, etc...

Yep... Definitely. Bike and car thieves here are notorious for burning what they steal after they've had their kicks out of it. This time it's the thieves getting kicked.

Also, when I posted that 'the bike was found, along with the people that stole it', I meant that the police got them. Just a bit of clarification.

If the owner had got to them first... He's a big guy with a steel walking stick... ;)

A bit late I know (ok, so not long joined)
If anything like this happens again in or around the Wolverhampton area, give me a shout.
I have heard a few "rumours" about a house where there are bikes turning up on the back of pick ups day and night, changing colours and going away.
Police already know, but can't/won't do anything!!!!
I have made this information available to local bikers and clubs, and will happily pass it on should the need arise.

Nope, not me I'm afraid, mine is 100% legit (well maybe the straightshots are pushing the boundaries of legit though lol)
