Had my bike at Hales for some minor work. Asked them about the ICM reflash. She had not heard of it. So I called her the following day and gave her the Service Bulletin Number. I go to pick up the bike a couple days later and ask what she found out about the ICM. She says "I never had time to look it up". I kind of felt like she blew me off. Is this the kind of service I should expect out of them? So far they seem like a good bunch of people, but I got that feeling you get when you go into a restaurant and after about 5 minutes you just know the whole experience is gonna suck. I have some options for service within 30 miles from me so it won't take much for me to say "See Ya, I'll take my money elsewhere".
Lol. I almost pissed myself when I saw your avatar!
Anyway, I'm surprised at this because I've bought tons of stuff from them mail order and the order is always correct, and always gets here quick. Maybe they are overwhelmed with bikes to fix?

I live in Columbus, OH and last week bought my first Harley a new 05 XL 883 Custom from Hales HD in Mansfield. I don't know much about their service, but they sold me the bike for $500 less than MSRP + Tax & Title out the door, no $195 HD ship charge or dealer prep. They also give 20% off anything you buy through their online store. Local Columbus dealers all wanted $1000 to $1500 more for the bike before Tax & Title, it was well worth the drive.
