:cry1 Seems like my mastercylinder plunger does'nt return far to push the lever on the brake light switch. I bled the brakes and the lever moved towards the switch more. It looks as if it is a hair away from it. If I push forward on the lever it contacts the switch and kills the brake light. If I let the lever go it has just enough play to not push in the switch. Does anybody know how to fix this? I thought about puttin a piece of rubber on the lever to take up the play, but I don't want to be masking an even bigger problem.
Thanks

Common problem Ed, you just don't hav everything tight enough (even though it looks like you do). I went through this when I did my grips, and if you do a search there are a few threads on fixing the problem. Welcome to the site.
