Did you try contacting Supertrapp? Sometimes manufactuers will custom make some of their old stuff for you.

I have a plain steel one and had to replace sections in the head pipes. Luckly for me, I was able to have Bub custom make the sections fo me and weld them in. Not cheap, but I am still in business. I think this would be your best bet having an exhaust manufactuer custom make you a new section.

The only other option is Ebay, but I rarely see those for sale. :( Good luck my friend.
