So... less than a year ago, I purchased a pair of Kijima Vintage Flesh Grips form Lick's along with their throttle sleeve. They look great, and are fairly unique due to the color. Anywho, within the last couple months, these started showing up on the throttle side, as well as the overall "grippiness" dwindling down to a big fat nothing...

What a bummer. Especially since those grips are nearly 60 bucks! So earlier this week, I e-mailed AJ of Lick's, and explained to him what was going on, less than a year old, cracks, blah blah blah. I don't think I even asked for anything to be done, but simply expressed my disappointment, not with Lick's, but the product. Less than a few hours later, I got a reply from him saying that it is an known issue with that product (not even theirs, manufactured by some Japanese company) and that he would send me a set of grips, OF MY CHOOSING, free of charge. I didn't even send in a photo of the issue!
WOW. That's how I like to see things done. People standing behind their products 100%.
So I got these in the mail, just 5 days after the complaint:

Set of Baxter X-Grips. I was just so impressed with this level of customer service, that I wanted to share it with all of you guys. Thankyou AJ!!!
