so im out of work for a week before starting at my new location and bored as all hell. ding dong, goes the door bell and in comes the asb ive been waiting two months for. i decide to grab the dog and head over to the garage and put it on. all in all it only took me 20 minutes total including the wiring. i opted for the led brakes and turns in clear lenses. the only part i didnt like was after i got the tail section off i found some damage that the previous owner sorta neglected to tell me about. obviously some one got a little to vertical with the bike at one point. seems only cosmentic though, all the welds are still intact and the frame section is strait as an arrow, hes lucky.

pics.

Looks great! Got a before pic for a side-by-side comparison?

Also, +1 on the pic of the whole bike. Flame job looks pretty sharp, too!

Love the paint, and you're right that little bit of plastic cleans up the look of the rear end completely!

Who did the paint? Any advice on painting the plastics?

the paint was done by the previous owner a shop somewhere in Virginia. it cost him 3 grand which is about right for a true flame job. as far as tips, im by far not a painter so i cant help ya sorry.
