That seems like that is in Aus $'s? After converting to US $'s its about 10K or so, which is kinda high, but not a big rip as it seems like if you live over there. Stevo's always talking about how expensive stuff is down unda.

God knows how much the import tax was on that bike when it first arrived at the port in Australia. On top of that, I am guessing the shipping costs to Australia are at least $1,000 (maybe more)

Hi all.
Using the current convertion rate(It's 1.30839 Aus. to 1.00 us) the price of that bike is 11,838.19.
It may seem to steep to us here in the United States, but when you figure in availability, import tarrifs and tax's it maybe what it costs.
They also have a 97 Road King for 20,495, that works out to 15,664.29.
HHHMM< that's about what they go for here, maybe Stevo can inlighten us on this.
