The brother ordered braided thottle cables and clutch cable but they didn't have the brake line in stock. Put the cables on on Saturday and was starting to tighten the clutch with a wrench when I put the first 1/8 a turn on and SNAP.

It had to be a defective casting. Called Jireh and didn't even have to haggle or anything, or even send in the broken one. (Maybe it wasn't the first one they've heard of.) Had the new one in on Wednesday and the bike is running again. :clap

I'll put a picture in the pictures forum.

Good to hear positive reviews, too often people only pass along bad experiences. :rippedoff

Hi.

I have there catolog and post there prices from time to time, though I wish they were one of our sponcers here, they are a class outfit.
I have bought Items from them, first rate stuff, never a problem.

My dealings with Jireh have been excellant. They have prices that can't be beat as far as I know. Service and shipping are never a problem and the quality of the parts and materials seem to be very good. I always make sure that I get their catalog, and if I get another, I'll pass it on to one who needs one.

If I need something for the bike they are always the first one I check.
It is hard to beat the prices and service.
I have alway been very happy with them!

Jireh has always been great to me, always take care of any issues immediatly, watch some of the cheaper parts though, metal is soft, I always check there first....

Yep, and they will send you out a copy of their big ol' fat catalog for nothing. Go the the website http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~catbuild~cadegfea~1.

Got it in about 3 days or so.

I have to agree on all the comments, and add one.

I ordered the Paughco dual cap fatbob tank from them and then asked "Which gas caps fit it?"
The gal gets back on the line and tells me which ones fit. I ordered a set.
It was just before Daytona Bike Week, the right side fit, the left one didn't. I called and asked them to check by doing an eye sight test. They said "Sorry, it's the busy season and we just don't have the time to do this right now."
They were willing to take them back and "go to the warehouse" to find which caps fit that tank, when they had more time.
I found that statement a bit contradictory, but I appreciated their honesty.

BTW, I just took about 3/16" off the cap stem and it cleared the tank.

I've been very happy with them also, prices are some of the best around and if there's a problem with your order(backorder, etc)a real live person calls you!!!
