Just wanted to say that AJ and TJ over at Licks cycles are good people.
Not going to get into any longwinded story or give all the details.
Just know if you have to deal with Licks, you will be treated right. :clap

Bossier City Harley Davidson has done right by me. I'm a little worried about our tough Harley Biker image though. I was hanging out there this morning and overheard a fellow biker negotiating with his wife on his cell about who was going to pick up little Johnny after his soccer game. :laugh :laugh :laugh

Thats nice to know watt*pow (10,-12.0) errrrr... picowatt ;)
I haven't done anything with Lick's yet, but I love the stuff on their website, and still want to get one of their seats someday.

My local dealer has $9.95 oil changes starting at 8 am to Noon Monday thru Friday- Downtown Harley Davidson-Tukwilla Washington. Between Tacoma and Seattle. Great deal!

Toothygrin,
I wish I was closer so I could get in on that deal. I bought my bike from Downtown HD last June. They delivered it free to my driveway which is 160 miles away. The bike was setup with rack, exhuast and jetting and has run like a top. I did the whole deal over the phone as the local dealers here charge additional markup.

Toothygrin,
Is that the dealer just across the inlet from the Tacoma Dome? They've always been nice when I've been there...
rider1951, I got my bike at Latus Motors in Portland, and even though I did ok, I wasn't very impressed, and won't buy there again...couldn't get them to throw me one bone...not even a flippin' t-shirt! I heard the Vancouver dealer isn't too bad...charges $750.00 over MSRP to include shipping and set-up...kinda hard to figure out what they "set-up" for $575.00 dollars, though, but Latus started me out at 2k over MSRP...ridiculous!

Downtown HD is just off I5, near Southcenter Mall. A long way for an oil change for you Oregonians- but when you factor an oil filter at $13 Its almost too good to be true. They also gave me two shirts, a set of goggles, a tire pressure gage when I bought my bike. Although they did (accidently) steal the garbage can that was in the back of my truck when I went to pick it up. Dang, it was one of them good garbage cans too. :bump

My out-laws live in Lakewood, so I get up that way a lot, but you're right about it being too far to make it worthwhile..that is funny about your garbage can! Although it looked like you got the better of the deal! I know what you mean about garbage cans...there's good ones, and there's crappy ones!
