Any of you guys that have the Super Trapp XR exhaust system ever had to repack the mufflers? If so how do you get the baffles and packing out? The problem I have is that the bolts that hold the discs on go into little nutlike peices inside. They have come loose and I can only tighten down 2 of the disc bolts. Figured if I could get the baffles out could fix this.

Repack? There's nothing inside to burn out. I suppose you could stuff them with fiberglass but there's none there from the factory.

I don't know about the XR style supertrapp mufflers but the 'normal' supertrapp mufflers have some fiberglass packing inside! :shhhh
The part that supports the discs is normally held with 2 screws from under the muffler ....
I repacked my muffler once but there was little difference ... :rolleyes:
