I just finished installing a new feature for the XL Forum which will automatically embed videos from:


YouTube
Google Video
MySpace Video
MetaCafe Video
Yahoo Video v1.0.1
Koreus Video v1.0.1
Sapo Video v1.0.1
video.google.co.uk v1.0.2
Live Leak v1.0.2
Photobucket v1.0.3
Gametrailers v1.0.3


The new feature will automatically parse any video url from the sites above and embed the video into the post.

There is no longer any need to use the YouTube [YT] BBCode.

What this means in plan English is you just need to place the complete URL of the YouTube video (or one of the other video services list above) in your post and the video will automatically show up in the post instead of just the link.

This should make life easier for everyone.
