Sorry to shout, but thist place is the coolest! :wonderlan
Wheels Throught Time is THE SHIZNITZ! Check it out at http://wheelsthroughtime.com/
If you are ever anywhere close, you have got to see this place!
Dale Walksler(SP) and his restorations have been featured in AI mag several times. There are over 250 bikes on display and all but 3 kick over 1st try! Bikes from back to 1903.
I was just stunned by this place. For me, it was worth the 6 hour ride (one way) and the funky sunburn I got(sunglasses & helmet strap lines).
There are any number of cool twisty mtn roads to ride all around this place. so make a week or a wkend out of it. But be sure to check this place out if you are ever close by.
No affiliation, but this is too cool!
Flathead 45... You would be sporting a HUGE WOODY, There were 45 and 61 flatheads EVERYWHERE! Even the horizontally apposed that Harley made for the Army for WWII.
One of the guys told me that they had all but 3 (Ithink) models of flatheads ever produced.
Sorry to run long, but this was.. ok, words can't describe this collection.
One-of-a kinds, limited-editions,rare... it's all there.
I didn't get shit done at work today, because I was too busy telling anyone who would listen(and several that didn't get away in time) all about this place.
