87-1100 5th October 2007, 20:58 Boy, do I have bad timing. Mine arrived last Friday and was installed over the weekend. Any chance of a refund????????????
whittlebeast 6th October 2007, 00:31 I just installed the Superbrace. I took about 15 min total including getting the jack out.
This is one of the most cost effective ways to improve the handling of a Sporty that I have found to date. The differance in turn-in is huge. Tracking in corners is way better. If in dought, just get it.

paris15 6th October 2007, 01:34 Looks like it adds 5 Lbs... how much does it weigh?
Is the denim black a semi-gloss black, or more of a charcoal grey?
racerwill 6th October 2007, 01:52 this looks pretty good....

twoqk4you 6th October 2007, 01:52 http://xlforum.net/photopost/data/500/medium/DSCF2340.jpg Will the Super Brace work with chrome lower legs? Harley's SE fork brace would not work on my chromed out lowers.
lincoln1975 6th October 2007, 02:12 Im wondering if you have one for a 39mm tubes on a wideglide conversion kit that i picked up out of custom chrome?

Try a quick experiment for me.
1) have a friend get on the bike and hold it up.
2) now you need to straddle the front tire holding it with your legs so the front tire won't turn.
3) grab the handlebars and twist the entire front end of the bike looking straight down on the tire. Compare the angle of the tire with the front fender.
4) when the terror of what you see takes hold, go in and find the $150 to cover the order.
After the Superbrace is installed, the twist in no longer detectable.

87-1100 8th October 2007, 02:56 To answer a couple questions: Weight was 2 pounds shipped, so I'm guessing actual without packing and box around 1.5. It did work with my chrome lowers on my 87 with the 35mm forks.
NoBoZoS 10th October 2007, 19:09 Hello All,
